AvatarVid.com is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create talking avatar videos using photos and audio/text input. The service is powered by D-ID's AI technology.

3. Free Trial

• New users receive 2 free video credits upon registration
• Free trial videos may include watermarks
• Free credits are non-transferable and expire after 30 days
• One free trial per person/device

4. Paid Plans & Refunds

• Starter Pack (₹149): 10 HD videos, valid for 90 days
• Pro Pack (₹399): 30 HD videos, valid for 90 days
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
• Unused credits are non-refundable after 7 days of purchase
• Refund requests within 7 days will be considered case by case

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use AvatarVid.com to:

• Create deepfakes or misleading videos of real people without consent
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
• Impersonate any person, company, or organization
• Create pornographic, violent, or adult content
• Violate any third party's intellectual property rights
• Spam or harass others using generated videos

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all photos and audio files you upload. You grant AvatarVid.com a limited license to process this content solely for video generation purposes. Generated videos belong to you and can be used for personal or commercial purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

The AvatarVid.com platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of AvatarVid.com. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of our platform without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

AvatarVid.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated videos will meet all quality expectations. AI-generated results may vary.

9. Limitation of Liability

AvatarVid.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 30 days.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to AvatarVid.com immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms of Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
