How do I get my D-ID API key? ▼
Go to studio.d-id.com → Create a free account → Click your name in the top right → Go to API section → Copy your API key. The free trial gives you 20 credits.
Why is my video taking too long? ▼
Videos typically take 30–90 seconds to generate. If it takes more than 3 minutes, please try again. Make sure your internet connection is stable and your API key is valid.
My photo upload is failing. What should I do? ▼
Rename your photo to a simple name like "photo.jpg" (no spaces or special characters). Make sure it's under 10MB and in JPG, PNG, or WEBP format. A clear front-facing photo works best.
Can I get a refund? ▼
Refund requests are considered within 7 days of purchase. Contact us at help@avatarvid.com with your payment ID and reason for refund. We'll review and respond within 48 hours.
Does the video have a watermark? ▼
Free trial videos from D-ID may have a watermark. To get watermark-free videos, you need a D-ID paid plan (Lite at ~₹459/month). Our paid video packs (₹149 and ₹399) work with your D-ID plan.
Can I use these videos commercially? ▼
